Write down activities that you actually carried out at school or at home that were linked to protecting and saving the global environment, such as “picking up garbage around the neighborhood” or “making sure to turn off lights”!
You can draw and write down up to 5 days worth of diary entries in your Eco Picture Diary.
You can send in a single day’s diary entry, or even up to 5 days worth of diary entries.

Environmental professionals who are involved with environmental problems will read all of the picture diaries submitted by everyone, and select the winners.

The Kids School Office will contact the winning groups.

The winning diaries will be announced to everyone on this page!

A picture diary is not simply a diary where you write down your daily thoughts and activities, but a diary where you focus on drawing pictures!
Since there are both pictures and words in a picture diary, everyone can easily understand what you are trying to say, and sense all the fun that you had!
Enjoy drawing your diary!

It is easier to draw if you think of “who (with whom),” “where,” and “what.” Make your diary even better by writing down your thoughts.

Enter the contest by describing up to 5 days worth of activities that you actually carried out somewhere nearby, such as at school or at home, that were linked to protecting and saving the global environment in the special “Eco Picture Diary.”
* In the “Eco Picture Diary,” the “Picture” section and the “Writing” section on subsequent pages together make up 1 day. Up to 5 days worth of diary entries can be written down in a single booklet.
Enter the contest as a group of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people, made of up 1 to 5 elementary school student members and an adult supervisor who lives in the same region.
* It is not possible to enter the contest as part of multiple groups. The elementary school student member(s) must fill out the “Eco Picture Diary.” The adult supervisor is to supervise the member(s) so that advice and activities are carried out smoothly and safely.
